This week we will be doing a unit study on Valentine's day. In language/reading we will be working with linking verbs: is, are, was, were. In math we will be working with fact families, fact triangles, and name collection boxes.

Announcements:

• Our class will be performing at the PTO meeting on Tuesday, February 8th. We need to be at the primary cafeteria at 6:20.
• If you haven't sent your party money, please do so as soon as possible.
• Our Valentine's party will be on Monday, February 14th at 2:00. We would love to see you there!
• We will be making Valentine's bags in class, but if you've made one at home you may send it as well. I've already sent home our class list of names, so please let me know if you need another.
