Announcements:
  • The first grade choir concert will be on Tuesday, December 13th at 9:30 and 6:30 in the Primary Cafeteria. Drew and Emily will be performing.
  • Our Christmas party will be on Tuesday, December 20th. It will begin at 2:00. We hope you can make it :)
  • Please send your $3.00 for the party as soon as possible.
  • We will be having learning camp on Friday, as well as Monday-Wednesday of the following week. We will be dividing our class up and going to different classrooms to learn about different things.

3. Check the beginning sound.
4. Look for parts of the word you know.
5. Skip the word, then go back.

  • This week we will be reviewing in all subjects. We are going to be working with the three letter blends in spelling (spr, scr, spl, str, squ). We have already studied these words, but I felt we needed a review. I will give a quiz on them Tuesday.
  • We will be performing on Tuesday morning at 8:45 in the cafeteria. We hope to see you there :)
  • I will be sending home a Gingerbread cutout for your child to work on over Thanksgiving break. I look forward to seeing all your creative ideas!
