Announcements:

• We will be doing a unit study on dental health this week. We will also be continuing to study George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.
• Please continue to encourage your child to do their best to become a member of the alpha-pack for 3rd 9 weeks.
• We will not be in school on Monday, February 20th.
• Parent/Teacher Conferences will be on March 12 and 13.

Reading/ Sight Words:

Sight Words: when, who, where, there, were, would, could, after, why

Make sure to encourage your child to use their reading strategies when they come to a word they don't know! 

Language: We will continue reviewing adjectives.

Math:

Monday- No School

Tuesday- Problem Solving Day

Wednesday- Identifying plane shapes (square, triangle, rectangle, hexagon, rhombus, etc.)

Thursday- Identifying Polygons

Friday- Test over lessons 7.3-7.4
