• We will be starting a new unit on American Contributions this week. We will study many famous Americans over the next six weeks.
• Martin Luther King Day is on January 21st. There will be no school on that day.
• Class Picture day is January 24th.
• Please return book order money by Tuesday, January 15th.

Dictation Sentence: I need to get more at the store.
There will also be an unknown dictation sentence on the test. The dictation sentences will be a grade of their own. I'm looking for correct spelling, spacing, capitals, and punctuation.

Tuesday- Play Base 10 exchange
Wednesday- I'll be out on this day (review)
Thursday- Making groups of ten
Friday- Weekly Test
